Biography

Sander Sildver is a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting. Some of his key accomplishments include:

  • Ranking #1 out of 2000 salespeople in online subscription sales at Southwestern Advantage in 2021
  • Achieving the Platinum Certificate in sales (highest level of recognition in sales)

An engineer by education, Sander began his sales career with Southwestern Advantage in 2013 as a 20-year-old, first-year student at Tallinn University of Technology in Tallinn, Estonia. He sold educational books and online services door-to-door for nine summers on straight commission, making over 18,000 cold calls, covering eight different states in the USA and in Canada, and working 80 hours per week for 12-16 weeks straight.

Sander also served as a Sales Leader and Partner in Southwestern Advantage for 4 years. He was in the top 1% of all the salespeople consistently for seven out of nine years. In 2021, he was the #1 salesperson in the company in online subscription sales. He has recruited and trained salespeople in Estonia, Poland and Denmark. As a sales leader, his organization made over $400,000 in revenue in three months.

Sander is passionate about serving sales professionals, helping them achieve their goals in life, and seeing people not for who they are, but for who they can become. In addition to sales and leadership, he helped build the biggest charitable foundation in Estonia based on an investing mission to support European youth and entrepreneurship education.

Sander and his wife live in Tallinn, Estonia, and love to travel all over the world. His hobbies include sports, hunting, snowboarding, and yoga.
