Biography

As a professional sales and leadership coach for Southwestern Coaching, Johnny thrives on helping his clients understand and achieve their true potential, not just in sales, but in life. Prior to coaching, Johnny began his sales career in university admissions before he transitioned into a career within the insurance and financial services industry.

Through his experience as a top sales producer and top ranked sales team manager, Johnny was inducted into the “Team Member Hall of Fame” for his sales production, and led his team members to being inducted as well. His sales teams have been in the top 3% nationwide for production at the largest insurance company in the U.S.

Johnny grew up in the Chicago suburbs, and now lives in Minnesota with his wife Lizzy and son Johnny. A lover of all sports, he was once gifted an autographed 1976 Cincinnati Reds World Series baseball during his first meeting with a new client. Even though Johnny is a die-hard Cubs fan, it’s still one of his most prized possessions.
