Biography
Fabrizio Perlingieri is a certified Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting. Some of his key accomplishments include:
- 30+ years of sales experience, both in B2C and B2B
- Increased sales by double-digit revenue growth as a manager
- Multi-industry expert in insurance, hardware and software printing solutions, the rental car market and HR services
- Veteran in international sales
Prior to coaching, Fabrizio began his career in insurance as a sales professional and trainer, helping mentor both junior and senior salespeople. He then jumped on the running train of New Economy in the online recruitment landscape, participating in several start-ups including Jobline, Monster, Cliccalavoro, Trovolavoro, Corriere della Sera, and Indeed.
Fabrizio has multi-faceted sales experience selling printers, scanners and copier software solutions and also in the long-term rental car market. As part of his most recent career experience, Fabrizio also sold and delivered HR services such as search-and-selection, employer branding strategies, general HR consulting, and SaaS (Software as a Service) to companies of all sizes.
Fabrizio also has a variety of experience in working abroad; based out of Italy, he worked in Ireland for two years. He has managed global deals worldwide across companies in multiple industries. All this experience equips him to identify with his sales and leadership clients and the unique struggles facing their business.
Outside of coaching Fabrizio has a strong passion for motorbiking and he loves traveling by bike across Europe (but is planning a road trip soon to Asia). He is a proud member of a band and has played base guitar for several years.
Currently Fabrizio lives in Rome with his wife Maria Grazia and two sons, Andrea and Claudia. The family is completed by their Maremmano Shepherd, Dagon, an Italian dog breed of almost 45 kg.
