Biography
As a professional sales and leadership coach for Southwestern Consulting, Amy Scott is an innovative, detail-oriented and performance-focused professional with experience leading high-performing teams.
Prior to being an SWC coach, Amy had more than 20 years of experience in sales. She has been a top producer, leader, and recruiter in each industry, ranging from retail to real estate new home sales. Most recently she served as vice president for a top 10 national home builder. She has a passion for people and a reputation of servant leadership, steadily coaching and supporting team members of all skill levels and disciplines.
A Few Highlights
Amy joined a start-up production home builder, building a sales and marketing team from 1 to 35 in three years and closing over 900 units prior to selling the company.
She sold over 110 home in one community in a year and was awarded sales leader of the year.
She also has a Black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Something to Think About
Amy has four children ages 11-19, Rosalie, Brody, Emilee, Andrew, and a Frenchie dog named Miller Bear. She lives in New Braunfels, Texas and can be found enjoying the community's water activities in her down time. She can also be found chauffeuring her youngest two children between horseback riding lessons and Tae Kwon Do classes. Amy also enjoys walking Miller Bear, cooking, reading, traveling, and cheering for the Dallas Cowboys.
