Biography

Having reinvented herself multiple times throughout her career, Tanya is a master at developing reasonable plans to attain goals. She has successfully launched businesses in real estate, meeting consulting, and sales consulting for startup companies in a variety of industries. She inspires others to pursue their goals by creating attainable and manageable action steps that allow them to gain confidence while quickly elevating their business and personal growth.

After completing a Master of Arts in Communication from Ball State University, Tanya began her career in the hospitality industry. She traveled the country and assisted in operations, recruitment, training, and retention, as well as sales and marketing, for restaurants and hotels. She has worked for brands such as Hilton, Marriott, and Ritz-Carlton and led sales teams across the country. She has also started several entrepreneurial businesses in a variety of industries.

Tanya has lived all over the country but currently resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with her son, Quinn, and spoiled Havapoo, Rosie. In 2014, Tanya applied her planning and execution skills to exercise and nutrition and lost 50 pounds. While this is a huge achievement, she is most proud of being able to make the process an empowering, life-changing journey. Tanya is an avid Crossfitter and has even done some competitions. She can currently deadlift 285 pounds!
