What is Rookie Round Up?
Rookie Round Up will be an immersive and valuable training taking place over four and a half action-packed days. Each day will be made up of content-rich curriculum, exercises, and full integration of content so you can fast track your results when you leave.
The training is designed to cover how to use our scripting to make dials, how to coach a module, what to do once you're assigned a client, how to manage your schedule, how to run a workshop, how to be successful with Southwestern Coaching, and so much more!

Success Checklist
If at all possible, please make sure to have two computer monitors, or a TV hooked up to your computer monitor during Rookie Roundup. This will ensure you are able to clearly follow the hands-on-training pieces. In order to use more than one monitor, you will need an HDMI cable.
Purchase, download and install Office 365 (link below). The most cost effective way to do this is to pay yearly using the FOR HOME options. You will not need any of the business features. There is only one difference between Office 365 Home and Office 365 Personal. Office 365 Home allows you to create up to six individual accounts that can all download and install Office 365 programs. This means that if you would like to purchase Office 365 and split the $100 cost between you, your spouse, a friend, a parent, a child, etc. each person would get their own login and be able to install the programs on up to 5 personal computers/phones/tablets each. Office 365 Personal allows one user to install the programs on up to 5 personal computers/phones/tablets. Other than that singular difference, both packages are identical.

Go to your contact card in Infusionsoft and go to the Address tab. Make sure your shipping address is correct.

Prepare your Hot 100 List before attending Rookie Round-Up. Be prepared to call on these people during the week of training.
Have Office 365 installed on your computer. We will be using OneNote and Outlook during this training.
Day One:
Have your Hot 100 list ready to go, as you will be making dials in the afternoon.
Know your Hot 100 script; you will be role-playing it.
Day Two:
You will learn all about coaching.
Be prepared for Market Record dials.
Know your Market Record script.
Day Three:
Be prepared to role-play Call One.
Know your Phone Approach script; you will be role-playing it.
Day Four:
You will learn how to create your schedule.
You will learn the BAP script psychology.
Day Five:
You will learn the Workshop, VCS training, and Workshop close.
