Kristina is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and giving them the tools and insight needed to succeed. Her sales, recruiting, and leadership experience comes from a decade spent with Southwestern Advantage. During her time with the company, she learned about the value of self-discipline, schedule and habits, positivity, goal setting, commitment, and leading by example.
As a freshman in college, Kristina started working with Southwestern Advantage. She sold educational systems door to door on straight commission. During her 10 years with the company, she lived in 12 different states and Canada, working 13-hour days, 6 days a week, for 12-15 weeks straight. She was a top rookie dealer from Latvia her first year and top experienced dealer in the company 7 times. Kristina also has 8 years of experience in interviewing, selecting, training, motivating, and leading teams of 10-12 salespeople from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Belarus, Russia, Moldova, Georgia, and Ukraine.
