With more than 30 years of professional experience, Kitty is an active practitioner of everything she teaches.
As a sought-after executive-level coach and recruiting specialist, Kitty excels in helping her high-end clients optimize their time, create successful recruiting systems, and build a positive sales culture. In addition to recruiting and onboarding thousands of salespeople during her career, she has had proven success coaching managers and business owners to develop new leaders, master delegation, and empower their sales teams with strategies to overcome challenges and accelerate revenue growth.
Kitty cultivated her passion for professional selling while serving a college internship with Southwestern Advantage and she has been breaking sales records ever since. Lovingly known by her colleagues as the “O.G. of SWC”, Kitty has spent the last decade managing one of Southwestern Coaching’s top sales teams worldwide and is a key contributor to the exponential growth of the company. An award-winning top producer in personal and team sales, Kitty consistently maintains an impressive sales record—a record that went unbroken for seven consecutive years.
Harnessing the 160-year-old proven principles of Southwestern and her decades of hard-earned personal sales experience, Kitty has trained thousands of industry professionals in various organizations such as Wells Fargo, MassMutual, New York Life, Xerox Global, and Allstate. As a trainer and keynote speaker, Kitty is an expert at inspiring ultra-top performers to strive for even more and finally reach their full potential.
A graduate of Auburn University, Kitty is a real-life “soccer mom” who is happily married with two beautiful daughters. She is an avid Auburn University fan, volunteers at her church, and serves on the Board of Safe Haven Family Homeless Shelter.
