Biography
Jay started selling with Southwestern Advantage while in college. He sold books door to door for four years. He was in the top 1% of sales producers and sold books, recruited other salespeople, and managed teams to pay his way through school.
After graduating with a degree in business management from Cal State Long Beach, Jay transitioned to managing multi-million-dollar commercial real estate properties for Mighty Development. He continued to do so for four years while achieving record-breaking occupancies. Since 2011, Jay has been traveling the country as a professional sales coach with Southwestern Consulting.
