Jay is dedicated to healing the broken in mind and spirit; restoring hope and belief in love, compassion, and service to others; awakening every person’s ability to overcome anything from their past or present; and leading people to create a future by design through belief and action. He is committed to helping people discover and believe in their ultimate potential and inspiring them to live a life of excellence, joy, and success.
Jay specializes in teaching people how to reprogram their minds to overcome generational and environmental programming—which often creates self-defeating behavior and limits their beliefs. Through the principles of the Southwestern Family of Companies, Jay coaches people to master controllables and gain the skills needed to be highly successful, servant-based sales professionals and leaders.
Outside of his work and mission to help people change their lives, Jay enjoys bonding with family and friends and playing with his dog, Lucy. He also enjoys staying fit, spending time at the beach near his home in St. Petersburg, Florida, traveling, watching college football, singing, and being part of one of the fastest growing churches in America.
