Grace has a diverse background in executive management. Her 25+ years in sales and marketing spans the oil and gas industry, enhanced oil recovery, training, sales, marketing, real estate, CAM management, and affordable housing management—including QA/QC of government contracts. She has also provided support for several large companies as a sales and marketing trainer to executives throughout the United States.
Grace’s extensive experience includes the management of over 10,000 units within 13 community associations. She has worked with diversified subsidized and privately owned communities that were both individually owned and third-party managed. Today, she partners with Southwestern Consulting to coach with a dedication for excellence. Her mission is to elevate each company and every person she serves.
