Biography

Dan’s roots in direct sales go back over 30 years to when he first worked for the Southwestern Company—now known as Southwestern Advantage. Since then, he has been a top performer in both personal sales and management for every company he's worked with, including the agency he owns for the Family Heritage division of Globe Life. His sales background also includes success in the technology sector with companies such as Intermedia and Microsoft. Throughout his career, Dan’s passion has been coaching teams to become top performers.

As an agency owner for Family Heritage, Dan’s organization produced over $120 million in lifetime renewals over the past 7 years. Dan has won top performance awards for annual sales and team production competitions. In 2013, he broke the sales record for Family Heritage, achieving the most policies and most premium ever sold in a one-week timeframe. He led his organization to the number one spot in total sales for that fiscal year.

Dan loves life, his family, and everything in between. He lives by the adage, "It's all about good times!"—a principle he practices by traveling often and spending as much time as he can with his friends and loved ones.
