Belinda has extensive experience working with commercial and residential real estate leaders/agents, mortgage branch managers and loan officers, title companies and closing attorneys, insurance leaders and agents, start-up owners, law firms, commercial and industrial products, home and home improvement businesses, and medical offices. She helps people be more efficient in their sales processes, from taking phone calls to following up, closing, and retaining their client bases. She sold and managed over $1M in advertising budgets per year for multiple small- and medium-sized businesses.
Belinda is originally from Odessa, Texas, and has lived in the Metro Atlanta Area for over 25 years. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business from The Women’s College of Brenau University in 2005. She was an NAIA collegiate-level volleyball player. She was also an active member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority and the campus community, taking every chance to mentor and lead. Belinda continues to play an active part in the lives of college students. She sits on career panels and helps scholars transition to the professional world.

Belinda’s family has a deep heritage with the Southwestern Family of Companies that can be traced back to the Great Depression era. In 1935, her grandfather’s cousin—Fred Landers—spent his first summer in the book field with Southwestern Advantage.
Belinda is continuing her family’s legacy of helping people believe in themselves. Her passion is to lead individuals to become the best versions of themselves in both their personal and professional lives.
