Becca has worked with her family’s five businesses, including a 65-year-old excavation company, a lake management and treatment enterprise, and a farm management business. She has sat on numerous boards and helped businesses develop strategies on how to incorporate the third generation.
Becca graduated from the University of Louisville with a master's in social work. She has an undergraduate degree from Concordia University. Before moving into sales, she worked as a family therapist and school counselor. Becca has held sales positions focusing on new business development, territory management, recruiting, and retention. She is also a former certified corporate trainer who has trained hundreds of new consultants.

In her free time, Becca enjoys raising money for cancer research, traveling, and cooking for her family and friends. Becca is an avid Parrothead who attends Jimmy Buffett concerts whenever she gets the chance. Becca, her husband Michael, and their son Thaddeus also love to attend Indianapolis Colts games.
