Biography
Andrus Albi, based in Estonia, is a partner, team leader, and elite-level sales and leadership coach for Southwestern Consulting. A seasoned salesperson and leader, Andrus has trained thousands of professionals in Europe and the United States on techniques and principles to improve their skills and grow their businesses. Andrus is an expert in building systems that help his clients improve time management, advance recruiting efforts, and dramatically increase overall personal and professional performance.
Andrus began his sales career during his Freshman year at the University of Tartu when he traveled 8,000 miles from Estonia to the U.S. to join Southwestern Advantage. After 12 summers of selling books door-to-door, Andrus ranked 7th in lifetime sales out of more than 250,000 salespeople in the company’s 160-year-old history. For 11 of those summers, Andrus earned a place in Southwestern Advantage’s Presidents Club, which welcomes only 1% of the company’s top producers. In addition, he successfully led a group of students to sell more than $1 Million during just a 3-month period.
Upon joining Southwestern Consulting, Andrus quickly became a top producer and is credited with skillfully building Southwestern Coaching’s European division. First and foremost, Andrus is a practitioner in the art of sales. He believes in Southwestern Coaching’s mission and passionately pursues its goal of changing numerous lives and businesses across the globe through high-caliber sales coaching and consulting. Andrus has personally coached individual top producers in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, France, and the United States.
Outside of coaching, Andrus is also very passionate about motorcycles. He loves riding off-road, challenging himself on the amateur race track, and testing new bikes as a blog editor and journalist.
Although he communicates daily with people around the world, his favorite place in the world is at home in Estonia with his lovely wife and two intelligent and beautiful daughters.
