Amy started her coaching career in 2014 after enjoying 8 years of selling real estate and rising to the top 10% of agents in the Portland Metro area. Her unique perspective and problem-solving ability have helped hundreds of agents navigate difficult situations.
Amy published her first book, Get Off the Cash Flow Roller Coaster!, in 2018. This was the result of working directly with hundreds of real estate agents and noticing that success wasn’t as mysterious as people think. Top agents all shared some very specific habits and skills. She would later learn that these habits and skills are not unique to real estate—they are universal across all sales industries. Amy also realized that these abilities can be easily taught to anyone who is willing to learn! This has become her life’s work. She now coaches top sales professionals throughout the United States and across many industries.
When she’s not coaching professionally, she’s coaching personally. She loves giving back to her community and helping other people find success. In her free time, she enjoys running along forested trails and the shores of the Pacific Northwest.
